These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Space Burger Attack, provided by PsyBaba.
1. Licence to use the game
PsyBaba grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules.
2. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to interfere with the game's operation, bypass security or advertising systems, reverse engineer the game except where applicable law expressly permits it, distribute unauthorized copies, or use the game for unlawful purposes.
3. Advertisements and rewarded features
The game may show interstitial advertisements and may offer optional rewarded advertisements in exchange for in-game benefits such as additional lives or revives. Availability of ads is not guaranteed and may depend on connectivity, region, provider availability, and platform requirements.
4. Internet connection
An active internet connection may be required to play. Connectivity, mobile-data charges, or other network costs are your responsibility.
5. Game availability and changes
We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features of the game where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, compatibility, or product improvement.
6. Intellectual property
The game, artwork, characters, interface, code, branding, and related content are owned by or licensed to PsyBaba and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7. Third-party services
The game may use third-party services, including Google Play and Google Mobile Ads. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer
The game is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous ad availability, or compatibility with every device or network.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PsyBaba will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the game.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the game, platform requirements, or applicable laws change. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
